Justice at Last

Predictably, despite receiving nearly 50,000 complaints, the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service refused to act against the Gay Police Association (GPA). After all, it is a government department and will not go against its own sexual orientation regulations (or its own police)! As most Christians said, the decision would have been very different if the complainants were Muslims! In a very real way, the CPS has shown itself to be gay-biased.

Also predictably, the GPA gloried in this throughout the world with many gay internet articles.

But, the GPA got at least some of what it deserved from the Advertising Standards Authority, who upheld three out of five complaints. These are (quoted verbatim from the ASA’s response):

1. The ASA noted Christian imagery and language relating to Christianity featured prominently in the ad. We considered that, although supporting text highlighted the message that recorded homophobic incidents, motivated by religious beliefs, had risen by 74%, the leading implication of the ad was that Christians were the perpetrators of the reported incidents. Because of that implication, we considered it likely that the ad would cause offence to those readers who were Christian. On this point, the ad breached CAP Code, Clause 5.1 (Decency).

2. We considered that the GPA had intended to use shocking imagery to highlight their point about the rise in reported homophobic incidents. While we appreciated that hard-hitting images such as splashes of blood were likely to be eye-catching, we understood that some of the incidents referred to might not involve violence. We considered that, by featuring spilled blood prominently, the ad suggested that all reported incidents involved physical injury. On this point the ad breached CAP Code, Clause 7.1 (Truthfulness).

3.  Although we noted the GPA’s assertion that they held evidence to support their claim, we considered that, to date, we had not seen it. On this point the ad breached CAP Code, Clause 3.1 (Substantiation).

ACTION

We told the GPA to ensure future campaigns were not presented in a way that could cause undue offence, and also reminded them that they should ensure the use of imagery did not send misleading messages to consumers. We asked them to ensure any statistics could be substantiated, and reminded them to show supporting data to the ASA upon request.      

Bible Theology Ministries, along with other groups, questioned the validity of the statistics quoted by the GPA. We advised the ASA that the statistics could be invented, as they did not appear on any official police complaint sheets in any police station. Also, very few, if any, complaints by gay police, alleged actual violence towards them by Christians… probably because there were no such incidents!

 The GPA have hitherto been very good at intimidating the public – they did so to our Founder, Dr Napier, and one of our readers, a few years ago, and they got away with it. So, it is good to see the GPA’s pride and arrogance dented by this result. At the very least, the true nature of the GPA has been uncovered!

But don’t think it is all over – the GPA are already trying to get the Criminal Justice bill changed to make it a criminal offence to even question homosexuality in public… in writing, by word of mouth, etc! This is, without a doubt, fascism in action, and it is approved by our own government.

No, we are not kidding you. A first plea for funds brought in over £10,000 from gays. Their wish is to completely obliterate Christians and what they say. But, as this case clearly shows, their advertisement was found guilty of being untruthful, indecent and unsubstantiated. It is, then, possible to oppose them.

Don’t let gays win without a fight. And even then, fight on! Unless you want to live in a country that offers our children to gays for sex, and invites AIDS as a disease as common as a cold, and allows gays to say whatever they like whilst silencing Christian freedom of speech… start fighting back NOW.

We seriously suggest you start a ground-swell movement. Send a letter to your MP/Governor/Senator. Tell them you will refuse to vote for them if they continue to bring in anti-Christian legislation and policies. They are keeping in with gays by giving them what they want, just to get their meagre votes. Do the same for local council voting. And remember – even the Tories are no longer a family party, as it, too, has become a gay puppet, doing their bidding.

Tell them that gays form no more than about 1% of the population. If they want to lose the remaining 99%, then carry on! You can even vote in large numbers for the smallest or most ridiculous party you can think of, thus causing the whole system to fall apart. IT MUST BE DONE.

Also point out that homosexuality is a personal choice, and therefore all gay laws must be repealed. Use the new book by Dr Rob Martyn as a core text (available soon). It contains everything you need to know.  ALL gay laws must be opposed and denounced as fraudulent, and treasonous to the state, as adherence to them will cause millions more deaths of AIDS and other gay-related diseases, and an increase in anarchical demands and practices.
