A Tory Member of Parliament, a shadow minister, recently ‘came out’ and said he was homosexual. Few within the Party objected, and this should put us on our guard.

Before the last election I said that the Tory Party was the only real alternative for voters in the UK. But, if this is how the Party is going, I can no longer give such an endorsement. Any Party that supports high-ranking ministers who are homosexual, are going to lose my vote!

The same shadow minister said that at the next General Election we shall see homosexual candidates in ‘double figures’! This means that they will be influential in putting pro-gay issues to the fore, along with many other liberal issues that go along with being openly gay (and therefore anti-God).

What should we say about homosexuality that is both factual and scriptural, without resorting to emotional knee-jerks or straightforward hatred?

The first thing to note, despite many claims to the contrary, is that homosexuality is a sin. The second thing to note is that homosexuality is not treated like any other sin by God. Rather, He singles it out as being particularly nasty and vile. Yes, as a sin it is like any other sin, in that it is hell-bound. But, nevertheless, God Himself speaks of this activity as vile and worthy of death.

Sodom was destroyed because of its massively-homosexual population that even tried to sexually assault angels! And throughout history the decline of nations has been accompanied by a growth of open homosexual activity.

Homosexuality is a sin. It is also a biological perversion and a social disgrace. Even on a personal level I find male homosexuality a dishonour and an insult to manhood. Women homosexuals, commonly referred to as lesbians, are called ‘unnatural’ in scripture.

Homosexuals go to great lengths to ‘prove’ that their lifestyle is the result of an inner and biological leaning, that compels them onward. This is a lie and a deception, for there are no such compulsions.

Homosexuals do what they do because of their own lust and sin. They choose their perversion, deliberately and wantonly. They are not ‘born like it’, but they choose to become gay. Once they make their choice they then persist in trying to justify their beliefs and actions.

Like dripping water, they have now made inroads into society as a whole, most citizens merely tolerating homosexuality, rather than accepting it as ‘natural’. There is a deliberate ploy by homosexuals to get as many homosexuals in as many walks of life as possible. They gain influential positions so that they can, in turn, influence other decision makers. Their sole aim is to open up homosexuality to as many as possible, especially the young and gullible. This is being done on many levels, as well as through government channels and the law.

In this way godless men and women are forcing our society along their own worthless and evil paths, to satisfy their own lusts.

Many homosexuals, as in other walks of life, have fine skills and talents. Sadly, they also link these with their homosexuality publicly, in an effort to make homosexuality acceptable. Whilst I can state that homosexuals can be as valuable in the workplace as anyone else with many other sins, this cannot condone them.

Frankly, if I had the option to employ an homosexual or a non-homosexual, I would choose the non-homosexual. This is because I do not wish to work with homosexuals unless this is forced upon me by more liberal superiors. Certainly I would not have homosexuals in a ministry, no matter how ‘illegal’ this would be.

I say this not because one sinner is better than another, but because homosexuality is fairly unique, because it involves many other sins, all of which reject and deny God. The existence of so-called ‘gay Christians’ does not help. They are just as evil as other homosexuals1

It is claimed that homosexuals tend to be gentle. Some appear to be so, but do not rely on it! The most gentle homosexual is ready to be very militant if it seems he or she might lose his or her ‘rights’ in society. Some are even violent.

Though they continually deny it and try to cover the facts up, AIDS was brought to the West by homosexuals. For many years those who suffered AIDS were solely and only homosexual. Today, most sufferers are homosexual and they are costing the taxpayer millions!

It is my view that self-inflicted suffering should not be rewarded. Thus, homosexuals and others with diseases knowingly transmitted sexually, should not receive any kind of public funding or aid. In effect we are rewarding those whose lifestyles are obnoxious and vile, whilst denying much-needed funding to the old and to those with maladies they cannot help having.

Reader – do not give sympathy to homosexual AIDS sufferers, and do not support even Christian hospices that help them. To do so is to provide help for those who openly reject and revile God.

Cannabis, a Weed not a Flower!

The cannabis plant is a weed, yet today we are being led to believe it is a flower of glory!

Back in the 1970’s, when I was training as a nurse, I remember several in our group who used to smoke cannabis. They would become giggly and stupid, with lazy and gangly movements of the limbs. Their thinking was woolly and silly, without logic, and they would do all kinds of ridiculous things, having a much-inflated view of their own abilities and strength.

I came across psychiatric patients whose cannabis habit led them to have a cannabis psychosis. Some had other permanent problems that accompanied any sort of addiction. That is why I abhor the current call by so many to legalise cannabis.

The Truth

What is the truth about this weed? Let’s survey the facts…

For many years pastors, doctors and others, like myself, have witnessed what cannabis can do to people. It is not the harmless drug that academics and pro-use folk are making it out to be! Like homosexuals, pro-drug campaigners are in it for their own ends, even if it means covering up the truth and bringing misery to thousands.

Many researchers find what has been found in a 1989 study by the Department of Medicine, Stockholm, Sweden (Acta Psychiatrica Scandinavica, 1989)…

In a fifteen-year study it was discovered that there was a strong link between cannabis use and the development of mental disturbance, notably schizophrenia. (Readers should remember that I do not generally accept the existence of schizophrenia. However, I do accept that a condition that is similar can be detected, which has a chemical cause, e.g. drug induced).

This occurred after just ten uses of the drug. Mental disorder was not found in the subjects’ history prior to cannabis use. Also, no other narcotic type drug was known to have a similar link. Those with ‘schizophrenia’ but who had not used cannabis were at less risk.

Amongst cannabis users onset of mental disturbance was more sudden. Cannabis users tended to have a ‘negative’ social background. That is, their choice of friends and activities were conducive to self-destruction.

This should not be a surprise, when we consider that most young people today make  poor social choices, and therefore use drugs regularly for ‘social’ reasons, at dances, parties and nights-out. For the same reasons they smoke and drink heavily.

It is very common to blame all this on the failure of society to provide alternative social opportunities. This is counter to scripture, which states that we are all guilty of our own sins, and cannot blame anyone else. There might indeed be certain factors that help us to make our bad choices, but they do not force us to make them! No, when we choose sin, we do so of our own volition. The blame lies with ourselves.

In 1994 the University of Michigan Medical Centre echoed these findings (Journal of Psychiatric Research, 1994)…

67 Schizophrenics on the University’s medical programme were studied. Though the link between actual cause of schizophrenia was not found, it was found that cannabis aggravated and increased symptoms. Cannabis use was also found to be a prevalent factor in the worsening of schizophrenia, by the Alcobendas Mental Health Centre, Madrid, 1994 (British Journal of Psychiatry, 1994).

The Academic Medical Centre, Amsterdam, came to the same conclusions (Archives of General Psychiatry, 1994). They found that cannabis use brought on schizophrenia faster and led to more prominent and quicker relapses. The stronger the use the worse the symptoms. In all but one patient, cannabis was found to be the only common predisposing factor.

These kind of research results can be found time and again, so the public are being misled and misinformed about the ‘good’ effects of cannabis. Cannabis is not like tobacco, nor is it harmless! And users affect all of society.

It is also true, though vigorously denied by pro-users, that cannabis can often lead to use of worse and stronger drugs – soft use leads to hard use. This is probably because cannabis, though it produces a very warm and lazy feeling, is not enough for those who want a greater ‘high’. So, they go on to the next drug, which is inevitably ‘harder’. And so the spiral takes the user down – not up.

It is true that cannabis in tablet form can ease the symptoms of people with Multiple Sclerosis. But this is just like the way Morphine can ease the lot of those in severe pain through cancer, etc. It is a totally different thing and should not be related to ‘social’ use of drugs.

Cannabis, then, is dangerous.

Whole countries are espousing an hedonistic lifestyle, supporting and perpetuating things that are obviously evil. Then, they cry in despair when those evils produce bad results!

Cannabis is only a start. Criminals are being let out of prison early because of overcrowding. Homosexuals are being given not just freedom socially, but legally, to practice their evil sex trade. They can now even adopt children!

God has already judged the West. That is why these evils are proliferating! It will all get far worse as people fail to sit up and take notice. The onus for paying for these errors will fall on the very folk who say “people can do what they like so long as they don’t affect me!” (But they do!!). 

Our taxes are being burdened by paying out on healthcare for homosexuals with AIDS. We will now start to pay for making Cannabis legal. Pray and fight, or reap the whirlwind!
