Perversion Dressed in Finery!

The UK government is about to make momentous decisions that will force UK citizens to ‘accept’ homosexuality. The queen is said to be have been angry because the row about ordaining a gay bishop was running on a bit, but she has not said she opposes it.

The master-mind behind proposed wide-ranging changes in favour of homosexuality, ex-equality Labour minister, Barbara Roche, says that her proposals will make people change their minds about homosexuality.

This is all being done by a very small minority, regardless of what the UK as a whole wants. In the last Beacon we spoke with disgust of the lack of discernment and Biblical knowledge shown by bishops and the new archbishop. In this issue we will again reiterate the Biblical view.

The new proposals were expected by those of us who watch the media, but they will still be revolutionary, making sexual perversion a ‘normal’ activity in our society.

We are told by some that we ought not read Leviticus as being authoritative today. We can see why! Take chapter 18 – there we have a long list of prohibited sexual liaisons, and with excellent reason. The list contains relationships that are bad for society as a whole, immoral in any age.

After a long list of wrong sexual relationships within the family, we come to verses 22 and 23, which are linked together as perversions…

“Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind; it (is) abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it (is) confusion.” Thus homosexuality and bestiality are equally perverse in God’s eyes, with no qualitative difference between them.

Verse 22 is very, very clear. For Anglican bishops to say that it is all a matter of which interpretation you choose, is farcical, for the text could not be more lucid!

It says, in words that cannot be misunderstood, that homosexuality is evil, and an abomination, tow`ebah – “a disgusting thing”, “abominable”, ethically wicked. It is rooted in ta`ab, meaning to be abhorred and detested, to loathe.

God says that He had ’cast out’ whole nations for practicing these sexual abominations, which included heterosexual immoralities. However, note that in verses 22 and 23 God puts homosexuality and bestiality in the same category, because they are equally perverted and separate from the other immoralities.

In the case of bestiality scripture says that it is ‘confusion’, tebel – a violation of nature and the divine order, a sexual perversion. As for homosexuality between men, the two men should be put to death (Leviticus 20:13). It is to our shame that we do not treat this sexual abomination as seriously as did our forefathers!

There is also a prohibition concerning cross-dressing, or transvestism…”The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so (are) abomination unto the LORD thy God.” (Deuteronomy 22:5). This also applies to all those men and women who perversely think they can ‘change sex’ with surgical operations.

In Romans One we are told that those who are perverted have a ‘reprobate mind’ and are ‘inexcusable’ (chapter 2, verse 1).

So, to give ‘rights’ to men or women whom God calls abominable, is twisted and wrong in the extreme. There is no excuse for homosexuality, which God links together with bestiality. I have said it before – if a society wishes to give credence to homosexuality, then it ought also to give equal rights to bestiality and paedophilia, and any other sexually perverted choice, because there is no qualitative difference between any of them!! (Note that paedophilia groups are part of the ‘Gay Pride’ carnivals!).

Homosexuality has had a vocal and virulent group of people applying pressure throughout society. The reason is not a good one – the reason for the pressure is that perverted people can carry out their perverted practices without being cast as the social cancer that they really are. They simply want freedom to be sexually immoral. And now our government is making it all legal!

Those who accept the plans are, of course, “incredibly grown up and positive” (The Guardian, 30th June), whereas those who oppose them are ‘hostile’ and ‘immature’!! The hostility toward homosexuality (male and female) is made out to be ‘injustice’, but the plan is to make homosexual unions “legal and tolerated”…”part of the fabric of our society”. I shudder at the prospect!

When society accepts all this “it is a sign of a society which has modernised, it has come of age and it recognises that there are very, very many different and very, very valid ways in which people lead their lives.”

This latter proposal is absurd. Male homosexuality brings disease in its wake. It brought AIDS to the West. It is closely linked with paedophilia. Both male and female homosexualities are sterile and stop natural growth of society in its tracks. Instead of having babies by God-ordained means, homosexuals now adopt, or they insist on implantations of eggs into wombs!

So, even in terms of fallen society, there is no room for homosexuality, any more than there is room for those who lie with beasts, children, or the dead!

In Christian terms, there is no room at all for homosexuality, or even the discussion of it. The fact that certain Christians in the past rejected marriage and preferred celibacy is not an argument. It merely shows that men get it wrong. The Bible, however, is always right and does not alter. And the Bible says that homosexuality is a perversion, an abomination, an immorality that deserves death.

Of course, homosexual pressure groups are delighted. Let them be delighted, but God loathes them and hates what they do. I know of one man, now an Anglican priest, who literally knocked out a homosexual who blatantly touched him in a public toilet, leaving him in a crumpled heap on the floor. It was an instant reaction and one that he did not repent of.

Frankly, I am not sure if I could have stopped myself from doing something similar, if it had happened to me, such is my disgust for the perversion. Homosexuals have no right, scripturally, to peddle their evil ways or to make them public. They bring any ‘injustice’ they receive upon themselves.

In my previous place of work I sacked a woman for heterosexual impropriety toward male staff, and I disciplined a homosexual man for being sexually inappropriate. To me, any sexually immoral activity is equally shameful.

The Guardian, 30th June, contained an article by a ‘clever’ person who gave examples of the folly of using scripture to denounce homosexuality. I wrote an article some years ago, repudiating the same arguments she uses, so she is behind the times! And they simply don’t hold water.

The stark fact is, God hates homosexuality and condemns it. Not just rampant homosexuality or promiscuity. Note that even a single act of homosexuality is promiscuous anyway!

Let the churches beware of this horrific proposal to change society by legal means. Let us all oppose the changes as vocally as we can, for there are far more Christians in the world than homosexuals. Don’t believe the propaganda that there are ‘thousands and thousands’ of homosexuals in the UK! There are relatively few. And those who are homosexual have chosen their sexual outlets. So, they can change their ways, if they so wish.

Declare homosexuality to be a perversion, no matter what the law will say. Make a stand for decency, proper relationships and God’s truth. He hates homosexuality and so should we.

The last archbishop, Dr Carey, has now admitted to ordaining at least two bishops who said they were homosexual! It all hinges on that smoke-screen – ‘celibate homosexuality’! Homosexuality is a choice, not an inborn malady! One chooses to be perverted or not. To be ‘celibate’ and yet to remain homosexual in thought is the same sin, as Christ Himself declares. It does not matter if the couple are ‘loving’ or if they have been in a ‘stable relationship for years’. It is sin. Full stop!

Before this edition was completed the news came that the homosexual bishop-elect declined the position. His friends said it was because of pressure from Anglican evangelicals. I don’t care where the pressure came from – this arrogant canon has no right to be a pastor let alone a bishop in the Church of England!

However, this issue will not go away and homosexual groups will double their efforts to get their perversion into mainstream churchdom. Therefore I continue to hope that Anglicanism will be blown apart and that only those who are genuine believers will be left, or will leave this ‘broad church’ that is so uncomely to God.

Late Note: The USA now has its first openly homosexual bishop (to be confirmed).  His words, as one who wishes to retain his sexually perverted sin, are typical – he refers to his being “on the fringe of society”, as though homosexuality was merely a minority activity like wood carving or hill walking! Homosexuals are not on the fringe of our churches – they are completely banned by God and told that if they don’t repent and turn back to God-ordained living, they will be sent to hell.

So, a homosexual might well fill the bishop’s seat in the USA, but he is a fraud whose consecration is not accepted by God. His prattling about acceptance and equality are as dung, with as much worth. Eli was struck down for allowing his sons to be priests when they were immoral and unethical. His family line was destroyed. Will God similarly destroy those who elected this evil man to office? Will God rid that church of its false pastor? Or will He judge them all and allow them to preside over a dead church, wallowing in their own necrosis? At the very least I pray for their downfall.

Stable Relationships?

Much is made of the ‘many’ homosexual ‘stable relationships’, even though sociologists have, for years, documented that homosexual relationships are the most unstable there can be! In a recently reported case a small boy has known several ‘mothers’, all lesbian, and several ‘fathers’, all live-in boyfriends of the lesbians!! Stable? More like ‘in a stable’!! The promiscuous live like animals, having sex wherever it is available, regardless of disease, immorality or godlessness. And remember that God does not care if people are in a ‘single stable relationship’ or not…if they live together outside of marriage, it is ‘pornos’ and just as sinful as multiple partners, a form of prostitution. Don’t fool yourselves with today’s standards!

Objection by Jones’ Daughter

Naturally, a daughter will not like to read anything that appears to desecrate her late father’s name. I recently received an email from the daughter of Bryn Jones who died not so long ago. She believes that my note on his ministry, etc., was wrong.

Unfortunately I can’t retract what I said…over the years I had testimonies from folk who had ‘escaped’ from his churches and who complained that they were heavily shepherded, and so on. I also had direct opposition from him when the Toronto Blessing came to the UK.

A non-charismatic cannot accept his ministry as genuine. (Note that this in no way means Bryn Jones was not ‘nice’ in the usual sense of the word. I cannot tell because I never met the man. My objection was to his theology, not his personality).

Continuing Error of Roy Clements

You will no doubt remember, some years ago, the shock-waves that ran throughout Christian circles when Roy Clements proclaimed that he was homosexual. I also remember stating my disquiet over his theological statements just a few weeks before his shameful secret was made public.

I recently came across his website and was disgusted by his continuing error. His pages are filled with homosexual propaganda as he tries to justify and rationalise his position. He promotes homosexuality and homosexual groups and objects to Christians who do not accept his ‘godly’ stance!

This proves yet again that those who are homosexual are arrogant in the extreme, pretending that they are right and that everyone else is victimising them!

I intend to examine his site closely and contact him with my objections to his site and work. He should not be allowed to get away with making himself out to be any old Christian who has been badly treated by other Christians. He is a former leading preacher whose life is called an abomination by God! He must therefore carry the load of sin on his back as a punishment from God and as a sign of his shame before all men.

(I wrote to the Archbishop of Canterbury about his comments on homosexuality. I received a very unsatisfactory response and so I wrote back with my objections. Typically, I expect that he will just ignore it all, because he knows he has the ears of the media. A letter was also sent to the Chief Constable of South Wales, as he allowed homosexual constables to take part in the Gay Pride carnival in uniform. No response! Yet, his men are paid for by my taxes).

Is the Church Exclusive?

We live in turbulent and most peculiar days. Days in which what was always evil or sad, is made to be good and joyous. One of the sad facts is that the Anglican ‘church’ (which ought to read ‘denomination’ for accuracy) considers itself to be ‘broad’. A look at the 1902 Lambeth Conference proceedings will indicate where this idea came from, or where it was formalised*. (Source: Documents of the Christian Church’, 1943. Now out of print).

(*This was in the form of a letter ‘To All Christian People’, the culmination of a scheme suggested by Thomas Arnold in 1832, and the ‘Lambeth Quadrilateral’ devised in 1884).

Back a few years ago, in a previous nursing management job, I had to discipline a young lady several times for arriving late. She had problems catching a particular bus. But company rules demanded that she had to be disciplined (and ultimately sacked) for being constantly late.

Then it dawned on me – though it was not usual policy, I simply changed her starting time, to allow her to catch a later but more reliable bus! Thus, she was no longer in breach of her contract and there was no longer an offence.

The Anglicans did a similar thing in 1902. My changing the starting time of an employee is neither here or there – but changing the conditions of ‘entry into the church’ is rather more serious.

What happened was that the reigning archbishop was concerned that some were outside the bounds of the Church of England. To compensate, he simply enlarged the boundaries, so that those who were once outside the church suddenly were accepted inside. That is, he helped to create a ‘broad’ church. A smart move that increased membership many-fold…but opposed scriptural commands, allowing the later acceptance of homosexuals, women priests, and a twisted theology.

Scripture says plainly that only those who are saved by Jesus Christ are members of the true Church. ‘Broadening’ this straightforward teaching is to make unrepentant sinners part of that Church, which is exclusive, with a predetermined membership, chosen in eternity by God Himself.

Though I have very little time for Anglicanism, I know that within its membership are some true Believers. Personally, I do not think they will cause the Church of England to change. But they could try splitting from it and forming a new denomination…readers will know that I do not accept denominations as valid, but this would be a lesser problem than the problem of remaining in an apostate denomination. Believers in Anglicanism have a lot of hard thinking to do…who are they loyal to – Anglicanism or Christ?

The EU in History

The treasonous turncoat Briton, Sir Oswald Mosley, said, sometime between 1948 and 1955, after openly siding with Nazis and Hitler, that the war meant the end of the British Empire, therefore, the future of Britain lay in Europe. A united Europe, he said, must arise to power to match the might and influence of the USA and the USSR.

We see, then, that the EU is founded on Fascist principles – such principles made plain by the countless measures taken by the EU to subordinate everyone to its wishes, whether they are legitimate or not. Mosley was treasonous, but prophetic.

Synod of Fools

The recent Anglican synod proved to be nothing but a synod of fools (I use the word ‘fools’ in its Biblical context)! When ‘Gay right’ protesters occupied the synod meeting hall, half the synod walked out in support. Later it was said that many of the synod were ‘confused’ by the whole thing.

One rampant homosexual called out “Kill me now” (referring to Levitical law). And the wicked ex-bishop David Jenkins pronounced with all the pomp of an ignorant man, that society was evolving and so should our interpretation of scripture, which must change with society’s wishes!

It is true that God will call all the bishops and the archbishops to account for misleading and badly teaching the flock of Christ (however small the number may be within Anglicanism’s murky soup). But individual Anglicans cannot escape their personal accountability to read scripture and to follow conscience.

Homosexuals are wicked men and women, called abominable by God, to be sent to hell if they do not repent. It is a shame upon Anglicans, and all who say they are Christians, to even talk about homosexual issues, which have no place in the churches, and neither do homosexuals themselves. They stand condemned by God and should be cast out of fellowship, such is their wickedness before God and men.

Their new legal status has given them even greater outrageousness and their demands come thick and fast, just as I predicted some years ago…give a bad man an inch and he’ll take a mile!

Do Levitical laws apply today? The question really is “Do God’s laws apply today?” Should we put homosexuals to death? Yes, we should. The New Testament speaks of applying rules of discipline, that can lead to the final act of casting out of fellowship. But the laws on homosexuality et al are more to do with rules of society and crime, so the red-herring about Old and New Testament being separate do not hold water.

Homosexuality is certainly a crime against society (and also against children in many cases, for most paedophiles are also homosexual) and should be punished as such, for their habitual, chosen sin. Incidences of homosexuality would drop suddenly and drastically if homosexuality was again made illegal…and especially if it was a capital offence! Am I kidding? No, I am not!

Right now homosexuality is ‘legal’ in the eyes of men. Those who ensured this foulness was made public will be held accountable. Meanwhile, homosexuality is still an abomination to God and that is enough for us to condemn it outright, without any kind of appeal or argument.

Christians MUST stand against this evil. Our only recourse at the moment is to apply rules of church discipline. Whether an homosexual is sexually active or not, he or she must be disciplined and, if unrepentant, cast out and shunned. There are NO OPTIONS to this.

Addendum: I recently experienced a demonic activity in the place I work. My brother and several others I know have also reported such occurrences. There appears to be a general rise in demonic activity. Is this a surprise when the whole world is intent on condoning and promoting what is ungodly and sinful?

The George Best Syndrome

George Best is the once-famous footballer who has had more ‘last chances’ than I’ve had hot dinners! A short while ago he had a liver transplant to save his life after decades of alcohol abuse.

This week he was arrested in a pub, blind drunk, and fighting! That’s after having his life saved by a transplant.

It makes me angry to see this happening – someone else could have had that transplant, a person whose liver problem had nothing to do with alcohol. Best is a very stupid, selfish man!

The main problem, though, is the way modern society has renamed grave problems, making them into ‘illnesses’. In scripture an alcoholic is simply a drunk! Homosexuals are Sodomites!

George Best does NOT have a ‘condition’ – he is just a drunk. He drinks because he wants to and because his will-power likes to hide behind a bottle. He does not have an ‘illness’ and we should not feel sad for him…we should feel angry and we should call him what he is. It does not do anyone any good to pretend they are ill, when they are just sinners acting out their sinful desires.

This ‘syndrome’, of renaming sins so that they become more acceptable, is not Christian. It is foolishness and a dishonour to God. We should not be building alcoholic units. We should be calling drunks what they are, because without shame they will continue as they are. Only those who repent should be given support and help. The rest must be shunned if they refuse to stop and repent.

The same goes for ‘career neurotics’, who drain this country with their long periods of self-imposed anxiety, depression and fear, and those whose ‘psychoses’ have no basis in physical illnesses or true brain imbalance. People who live godless lives have no right to our sympathy or help, unless they are willing to repent and obey God.

Saddam

I said at the time of the war in Iraq that I supported it. My support had nothing to do with ‘weapons of mass destruction’ but with the more obvious fact that he was a brutal dictator who funded and encouraged terrorism and genocide. I therefore agree with the UK and USA that even if weapons are not found, it was right to get rid of Saddam.

We are watching weird goings-on, where two UK terrorists who joined terrorists in Afghanistan may be brought back to the UK rather than face the death penalty for treason in the USA. We are hearing pressure groups line up to side with Saddam, by seeking to horsewhip those who started the war. Why do they side with an evil man?

It may emerge that weapons of mass destruction are a figment, or maybe a mistake. But even if this is a fact, the war was just. The ridiculous claims made by those who hate any kind of fight against evil, that ‘thousands of children were killed’ is just ludicrous. More were killed by their own people than by the armies, who were as precise as they could be.
