  Truth or Lies?

We recently received material that continues to cast us in the image of Zionists. Yet, all we have done is to point out what scripture tells us about the Jews.

We are told that we are believing in expertly crafted lies perpetrated by a conspiracy of Jews. Yet, we also receive, daily, news from authentic sources, all different, that speak of a coordinated conspiracy against the Jews, not by them!

There appears to be a concerted effort to eradicate support for Israel in any form, to the point of accusing the Jews of the September 11th attack in New York and Washington, even though the evidence for an al-Qaida source is overwhelming!!

The CBS ’60 Minutes’ programme reported that most of the Islamic world have been convinced (by pro-Qaida factions) that Osama bin Laden is completely innocent. This was confirmed by a Gallup survey undertaken by Dr Shibley Telhami in Pakistan and other Muslim countries. Gallup and CBN are ‘amazed’ that Islamic peoples should believe this when evidence against bin Laden is stacked miles high! We foresaw such a reaction a while ago when we set up the Muslim section on our website. We also advised that Muslim opinion would swing toward violence when Islamic extremists had done their job.

Reporters in Palestine are prevented from reporting the truth by the authorities, who threaten them with violence or death if they refuse to comply. The reporters could not photograph or write on Palestinian joy at September 11th, a joy that definitely linked Osama bin Laden with the atrocity. Even recently, his evil hand on the day was celebrated in Palestine in many ways, whilst men were busy trying to put all the blame on Israel.

What I am talking about here is not theological preferences for Israel, but a request to search for the truth in reporting. Time and again I have read reports that vindicate Israel on many counts, and which show the clearly Muslim origination of violence, all from a wide variety of sources. Who are telling the truth?

A shipment of cigarette lighters was spotted going to Palestine recently, containing pictures of planes crashing into the twin towers. In Jerusalem is circulating a widely read and praised booklet by a Muslim cleric who says that the Koran contains promises of the destruction of the USA. Palestinian authorities continue to refuse to allow foreign journalists to report truthfully on the Israeli-PLO conflict…all the pictures we see on TV etc., come from official Palestinian sources…did you know that?

We are not Zionists, but we do not like the way many Christians are taking sides with Islam against a people God clearly says will one day take the mantle of the Gospel and who, He says, we must be careful not to speak against. Scripture says this, not us. That is why we say it. We don’t care if this opposes the views of other Believers, because we teach scripture, not what other men say.

To suggest that we are being deceived takes far more than opinion and theory to prove. We are not really interested in promoting a pro-Israel stance, only what God says about ‘true Israel’ (who include Jews who become saved). Really, that is the end of the matter.

The main point to make is what we said before – the issue of Israel does not prove or disprove the orthodoxy of any Christian, so it ought not be made an issue in the first place. But one thing I can say with great confidence – listen to Islamic sources for your ‘truth’ and you will be deceived.

Christ is God!!

We are constantly bombarded with charges of heresy because we believe in the Trinity. One of the accusations is that we make Christ equal to God. These unbelievers do not bother to read why the Jews hated Jesus so much…because He claimed to be God! “Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal to God.”! (John 5:18) (Emphasis mine).

The Jews knew the momentous meaning of claiming to be the Son of God…so why do modern day unbelievers (and many Christians) have a problem with it?

What Love?

The older I get the more I wonder why God puts up with us! I know my own heart and can see the actions and hear the words of others who are Believers…and I ask myself if I would be so tolerant, if I were God?

In scripture we are given some plain rules about discipline and how to approach brethren who are in error. But do we follow them? And if we don’t, are we not in danger of losing out on many blessings from our Father in heaven? Our refusal to follow the rules of discipline and complaints against each other are just as sinful as any other act of disobedience, so why do we do it?

Do we “tarry one for another”? (1 Corinthians 11:33). Do we really care for each other? (1 Corinthians 12:25). When we point out the faults of another, do we then pray for them? (James 5:16).

Those we think are less comely – God gives them more honour! Why? So that we don’t run away with the idea that any one of us is superior in any way, and that there should be “no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another (1 Cor.12:23-25).

We can be ‘less comely’ by making a mistake or committing a sin that offends another Christian. But if the one who is in error repents and apologises, that is the end of the matter. If the one who has been offended then continues the problem by refusing to fellowship with the one who previously offended, then it is the one who refuses to fellowship who is at fault, and is sinning. That person has brought schism where none ought to exist and the ripples reach people and things that may be far distant, bringing disrepute upon the Body of Christ. And, as I have already said, it prevents that person from receiving many blessings.

We are to care for each other, even if we sometimes sin. We are to rebuke where necessary and then carry on in fellowship when the person we have rebuked repents. This is because each one of us is sinful and commits sin. What if God rejected us every time we sinned?

Continuing to care for one who has given us cause for complaint can be hard at times, but it must be done, for the sake of our own wellbeing, as well as for the sake of the Body of Christ and as a witness to our Christian faith. It must also be done because God demands it.

We are to confess our faults one to another, when there is need for it. Those who do so must be prayed over and with, that they may be healed of their error…and our own inward anger is soothed and repented of. We can hardly accuse another Christian of something if we are ourselves guilty of anger toward them…anger being, as Christ tells us, the same as committing murder: “Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer” (1 John 3:15). “we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” (verse 16)…but it is far more likely that we simply want to lay down their lives, because of our anger toward them!

“See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good…” (1 Thess. 5:15).

Scripture warns us that if we accuse another we must have witnesses and we must not be guilty of the same error. So, we cannot charge a Christian with an offence if we are ourselves offending!

The early churches astounded unbelievers, who were moved to acknowledge the love Christians had for each other. Can they see the same love in us today? Can they see us forgiving each other and then helping each other to live holy lives? Can they see us loving each other even when we have sinned? If they cannot, then we are living a lie and must repent.

It is my duty to say these things, just as it is your duty to listen and to act accordingly. If you have not forgiven a fellow believer, or you have shunned him/her even though he has given you his/her apology, then repent immediately. Put the matter right. Restore fellowship. Don’t run away and think the matter is now closed. It cannot be closed in God’s eyes unless the schism is repaired. Think hard and do what is right, for your future blessings depend on it, as well as your desire to obey the Lord.

I am saddened many times a week by letters and emails I receive from ‘brethren’ whose only concern is to accuse me of this or that sin. I am saddened because their accusations are false and they have already made up their minds. Their whole tone is one of accusation and not love. They do not ask me to explain first – no, they accuse first.

Let us be like our early brethren. Let us astound the world by our love for each other, and the way we care and forgive. Let us build each other up, despite our many failings. What love?

Asylum Seekers…Again

It has been estimated that there are at least one million bogus asylum seekers loose in the UK! Somehow they manage to live either by obvious crime, or by being shielded by do-gooders, or by making false claims for state benefits by using false documents. Do not be deceived into thinking well of these people, for they obtained their ‘freedom’ by trampling over laws and decency.

Thousands have the gall to make false claims in the UK. Then, every week or two, they travel over to Ireland by ferry and make false claims there, too!! Thus, they receive double the benefits, costing the people of both countries a fortune. And the more we spend on bogus asylum seekers, the less we give to those in need in our own country, who live here legally and have worked all their lives to pay for the benefits that are now being siphoned off by criminals.

A family was forcibly removed from a Muslim mosque in the West Midlands, after Muslims and UK do-gooders protected them, though they had entered the UK illegally after living in Germany. Reporters in Afghanistan checked out the story given by the deported family. It was completely false! The man they claimed was the husband’s father, a brigadier who fought the Taliban, turned out to be far too young to be the father of the man. He knew nothing of the supposed ‘son’ and told reporters that many Afghans left for the UK because they knew they could get state benefits easily and without much opposition!

The man claimed to own a garage, but no-one in the town he said he lived in knew of the man, or his garage. The list of deceptions pile high! The man said that his entire family had been attacked and his mother maimed. No-one knew of that either.

Friends, these people are liars and thieves. They are here to milk us dry. They take money that ought to go to the old and the frail, and those in real need, and who have paid for their care with their taxes and hard work. There are real asylum seekers, who apply for entry legally. They deserve our help. But they are only 10% or less of the many thousands who reach these shores.

The rule of law ought to be very simple – if asylum seekers get in to the UK illegally, then they ought to be deported immediately, without fuss or any kind of appeal. The very fact that they are illegals is enough to warrant such action. That is what would happen if I dared to enter a European or other country without proper approval, so why are we so soft on those who enter the UK?

A scheme has now been proposed that gives £2,500 to each family deported for being illegals!! They will reach their home countries with a fortune, gained from being criminals! As foreign officials tell us – this is a marvellous advertisement to illegals to come to the UK. They will not care about actually staying, because when they get back home (paid for by us!) they will be very rich. It is nothing but a great scam, paid for by all of us who pay taxes and approved by ministers elected to be in power to act on our behalf. I did not elect the Labour government, so I want my money back!!

There is also the real danger that some of the illegals will also, beside being criminals, be terrorists. Do not go soft on illegals, friends…if we must uphold the law of the land, then so should they.

And if some disregard these warnings, remember that Islamic extremists in the UK are given the freedom to call young Muslims to arms against the West. Will these same young men, living in our midst, gun you down or bomb you? They have done so elsewhere and they promise the same for the UK. This is not an alarmist story – it is a reminder to maintain a calm and rational approach toward illegal immigrants, and a legal eye on those who threaten our liberty and lives. Treat your Muslim neighbours with respect and courtesy, but do not be fooled by Islam and the hardliners within its ranks.

Before anyone accuses us of racism, I must repeat that this article, and our continuing arguments against asylum seekers is not about race, or creed. It is about false asylum seekers who are criminals by reason of their deception, no matter what creed they hold to, or what country they come from. Soon, many thousands of gypsies will flood the UK from the Baltics. They openly admit that they will pass through many other countries to get to the UK, because of the state benefits they’ll get! Their reason to come here, apart from the benefits? They are discriminated against in the voting system! They are not in any danger. So, they will try to enter the UK in their many thousands. Once again, I find nothing ‘Christian’ in allowing criminals or spongers into our country, especially when benefits given to them are taken from those in need amongst genuine UK citizens.

When in doubt say it louder!

British tourists have no problem with the lingo in foreign lands – if the poor local doesn’t understand your English you just say it again, but louder.

Well, that’s the theory anyway! I remember my very first trip abroad with my wife, brother and his wife. We did one of those swift three-day things to Paris. It turned out to be a marvellous experience…

The Laughing Policeman

We came into the train station and needed to get to our hotel in an old quarter of the city, so I was chosen to ask a policeman. There were half a dozen of them outside a railway police station and the one I spoke to was quite jolly. I showed him my scrap of paper with the name of the hotel and street written on it and asked him (in English of course) if he would kindly show me how to get there. He promptly – with many smiles and conferring with colleagues – launched into the quickest French I have ever heard. It seemed to emit at the speed of light!

I listened intently – at least that was the look on my face – for about ten whole minutes. Every so often he’d look at me and ask (I think) if I understood. I nodded or said ‘Aha’. He pulled me toward a wall map and waved his hands over it. Finally, he triumphantly put his arms akimbo as if to indicate he’d finished. His face beamed after giving so much help, I said ‘merci’ and strolled away again, none the wiser, advising my little party to ‘go this way’ after spying a metro sign on the wall.

The Scorning Street-Trader

When we reached the metro station nearest our hotel we got out into a cobbled square flanked by old tall houses and shops. I made the mistake of trying to ask the way again, showing my crumpled bit of paper, this time of a man with a fruit barrow. He listened and, with some mirth, shouted over to his friend selling newspapers on the other side of the square. “Ha ha…Anglaise” he shouted, laughing loudly and pointing to his head a few times. Universally, this gesture means “He’s nuts”.

I may not have understood the language but I understood being made to look stupid! I walked off and our bedraggled party walked up a side street stopping outside what seemed to be a butcher’s shop. Reluctantly I stopped a pedestrian, waiting for another insult or smirk, but he was a lovely gent and tried in broken English and many arm and hand movements to explain the way – we were actually very close.

The hotel was old, just like the buildings you see in the films. The paint was flaking off and we were on the very top floor, reached by a long winding staircase with wrought iron rails and no carpet. The walls were painted in gloss that was past its sell-by date and our way was lit by a timer-bulb that went out after a minute or so.

We were at the very end of the very top floor, with one toilet in the passage way. Our rooms were quaint and small and very old! They had a tiny balcony, enough to open the doors to gaze out over the ancient rooftops with crumbling tall chimneys and rickety odd-angled slate roofs. As the sun went down the sight was wonderful.

The Foot-Bath That Was Not

Just before we went out to find food we decided to wash and change and saw two cubicles near the bed with curtained ‘doors’. One contained a ten-thousand year old ornate ceramic wash basin. The other proved the truth of the British tourist myth, for we washed our feet in the peculiar bowl with a spout sticking up in the middle. My more-travelled brother later told me that it was a bidet, and gently explained how it worked and what it did.

As we strolled down the alleyways chatting and enjoying the old-world charm of the buildings we reached a street with cafes as the sky suddenly chucked the entire contents of its rain horde at us.

Though the street was tree-lined, every single wet drop found its mark and we were soaked within seconds! There was nothing for it – we dived into the little corner café and found ourselves in one of those local places that only locals ate in.

The signs were in French (!!), the talk we heard was French (!!) and the good-natured owner ushered us toward a window table in French (!!). We thanked him in English and asked for a menu, which he handed to us in French (!!). Talking loudly just would not work here, but it was still extremely wet outside, so we stayed.

The Cold White Soup

I looked at the menu, completely mystified by the French words. Finally, with the confidence of a British tourist, I pointed to some lines, thinking I’d asked for soup and bread. I was even more mystified by the large bowl of cold white stuff, accompanied by a bowl of sugar, handed to us by our genial host.

It was kind of smooth with small lumpy bits. It wasn’t ice-cream, so what was it? I tried a spoonful and if I hadn’t been in a public place I would have spat it out again…it was sour! My brother, who was slightly more accomplished than I, again offered his daft sibling an explanation – it was natural yoghurt. I’d never seen yoghurt before. Put some sugar on it, he advised.  Now I knew what the sugar was for!

The rest of the holiday consisted of walking everywhere (because we couldn’t decipher the metro signs) until our feet nearly fell off, but we covered a vast area and many sites. We loved it.

Red Faced – Twice!

I was, however, rather embarrassed at the top of the Eiffel Tower, where I needed to spend a penny. It turned out to be five centines paid to a middle-aged lady who sat knitting just inside what I thought was the men’s toilet. With horror I saw a raised platform behind a glass panel. There were urinals open to full view of the woman. She didn’t take a bit of notice of my blushing face, and I was too desperate to leave again!

Then, as I did what a gentleman did, I looked behind me to make sure the lady wasn’t looking my way and almost died when I saw women walking past into the cubicles behind us! My face was apparently a picture telling a thousand tales, for the rest of my party fell about laughing.

It didn’t end there…later that same day I again had to find a toilet but none was found. Finally, feeling more than uncomfortable, I was pointed to a strange looking edifice in the middle of the pavement. It was a round iron-work fence-thing without a roof. Go in there said my brother. What for? I asked naively. It’s a toilet, he said. I was non-plussed. Impatiently, he told me to just go in and trust him.

I found an entry opening (no door) and walked in. As if in a maze I had to walk around the narrow walkway and reached a central short row of urinals and that was that, or so I thought. I heard the click-click of women’s high heels outside, passing. Only when I was on my way out again did I realise that the iron ‘fence’ was full of large holes and anyone passing could see inside! Again, I almost died. That day I almost died twice of sheer embarrassment whilst my relatives enjoyed the look on my face!

Holes Are Cheaper to Build,  I Suppose

Many years later the family went to northern Spain by coach and my toilet days in Paris were brought back to mind when I was told that the toilet at the modern motorway rest area was on the small slope. I entered the all-wooden building and was again non-plussed. There was a very large room but nothing in it. I walked to the centre to find a small hole in the ground, without even a seat! What’s more the room had no lock on it!

I Must Have Been Nuts!

I thought I had become far more sophisticated about foreign travel during that trip, because I discovered I had a penchant for stringing together Spanish words. After all, I successfully asked for four return tickets to Gerona at the railway station! But it was the simple act of buying a bag of nuts that humbled me…we were looking at the shops and street trader carts and I decided to buy a small bag of cashews to eat on the way to the hotel. Again with the confidence of the British abroad I strung together in Spanish the words “Quarter of a kilo of cashews, please” and smiled.

The kindly street trader looked at me quizzically, repeating what I had said, but with a question in his voice. I replied ‘yes please’ in Spanish. He shrugged and started to scoop the nuts into a very large brown bag. My confidence evaporated in the sunshine as his scoop worked overtime, filling the bag to capacity with the four kilos (nearly 9 pounds) of nuts I had ordered!

Obviously, I could not own up to making an error, so I smiled and enthusiastically paid my pesetas, my family looking at me most oddly. I ate and ate on the way to the hotel, but to no avail. The bag remained full for two weeks. I was, I must say, very sick of nuts.

Well, those are just a few of my tales of a British tourist abroad. By this time you might be wondering why I’ve related them to you. Frankly, as the writer of this newsletter, I have indulged in a little memory-jogging, smiling to myself as I thought back on some memorable times. Very tenuously, they also remind me of the way we tend to believe what we hear, rather than hear what is said.

There’s Saying it, and Hearing it

As one who is in the ‘business’ of theology, when I put pen to paper, or fingers to computer keys, I am very careful. From some comments that filter through to me now and then it seems that despite my care with words, some read them with their own interpretations in mind. Irate, they write to me with ‘advice’ (which is little more than barely-hidden malice or self-important beliefs) showing me my ‘error’ and telling me in no uncertain terms to buck up and start reading my Bible properly!

When I write this newsletter, or any of our articles, I check and recheck the contents for accuracy. Sometimes the finished product might contain a ‘typo’ – a spelling mistake caused by pressing the wrong keys, but I doubt very much if you will find a theological error. A different interpretation maybe, but not an error. This is because I am very careful with my words.

Obviously, my interpretation could be wrong. That is why I say that if you find such a mistake, please show me, with Biblical proofs, and I will change it. I remember a few years ago making such a mistake about a book I had read the abstract of. A reader kindly advised me that the book itself was full of anti-scriptural arguments. Therefore, I publicly said I was wrong to include it in our pages.

Do we Want Truth, or Opinion?

But, how many times do we all listen to what others say with ‘proper ears’? In my experience few people listen to what others are saying. They are merely waiting to jump in with their own opinions, or, they are waiting for you to make a mistake, so that they can stop you dead with a piece of critical wisdom, that is just a way of being opinionated.

Roman Catholic readers, not wishing anyone to point out their errors, write back to me saying I am ‘lying’ about their faith. They say that I am not understanding what they say. But, that is why I read their own texts! I read their own theological works and carefully learn to interpret Roman Catholic writing and beliefs, as Rome intended it to be understood. They, however, do not wish to learn what Christians say, or how we mean our words to be understood.

The same happens amongst Christians. I cannot count how many Christians argue against us, mainly on the teaching about predestination. They point to hundreds of texts that speak of what they think is man’s choice in salvation. Yes, they are using scripture – but do not accept that their interpretation is badly flawed by their refusal to also accept texts that point to predestination!

Thus, they are only getting part of the story. They are interpreting according to their own opinions and not as scripture itself demands. In this way we continuously receive ‘advice’ and reprimands from folk who think they know it all, but who are not using proper scriptural means of argument.

That’s because they are self-opinionated and do not wish to hear the harder truths found in God’s word, even when it is clearly shown to them. That kindly gendarme at the railway station may as well have been talking garble-ese to me, for we were both using totally different languages. I completely misunderstood French ways (particularly concerning toilets, so it seems!), because I was approaching them with a British mind. And as for ordering nine pounds of nuts because I was convinced by my own prowess in Spanish…well, serves me right.

Truth With Love

What am I really trying to say here? I am saying that before taking up cudgels and spears against the brethren we ought to come to a clear understanding of what each is saying. And even when we come to equal-meaning conclusions we must use the cudgels and spears against the beliefs and not the people.

Most who argue against us, for example, are only interested in inflicting harm. They are not that interested in putting us right (unless in the process they are shown to be superior). Friends, I speak hard words against error, but never confuse these words against beliefs with hardness against the people who believe them.

I wish no man harm, even if I strongly oppose what he believes. I have finally resumed my doctoral studies and my dissertation is concerned with a theology of disfellowship. Disfellowship is part of general discipline, and discipline is not just about telling people off! It is about building up the Body of Christ together, rebuking and exhorting, encouraging and blessing. We have a duty toward each other as brethren, to make sure we all grow in faith and love.

Learning From Each Other

We must learn what each other is saying. Now and again I get it wrong and am rightly rebuked. We all do the same thing. That is why we must, as far as is humanly possible, learn to understand what each is saying. We must define what we mean when we speak about divine things and Christian practices, before we begin to oppose.

My ministry is built upon the use of words in a very hot section of the vineyard! No-one wants the task, but I have no option because God has placed me there. In humility I work at words. They might not be liked by some, but they are honest words, spoken in love toward the brethren – even the hard words.

Let’s get it right, friends. Now and again people will point to their heads and say “Ha Ha, Anglaise”! Or they’ll just smile as they give us our ‘soup’ of strange yoghurt, because we were too silly to admit to our mistake. We’ll even wash our feet, with awkwardness, in that strange bowl-thing called a bidet. But that’s human beings for you!

Mistakes I can tolerate, but God does not give me, or any of us, leeway to tolerate error when using His word. So, let’s all mean what we say and learn as we go, with honesty and love for each other. And, if you go to Spain, steer clear of the cashews.

Humanism, not True Good

The increasing humanistic attitude toward government, law and even health, is taking all of us down a road of perdition and heart-ache.

You will not have escaped the tragic and deplorable murders of the two little girls, Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman. You will also have heard that the one accused of their deaths, Ian Huntley, has thus far evaded a trial because of his supposed mental illness. This, reader, is the result not of Christian goodness, but of humanistic nonsense.

The courts rely on psychiatric theory when dealing with such cases. If someone supposedly has a ‘mental illness’ then he will literally get away with murder and serve time in a secure wing of a mental hospital, which is, I can assure you, full of soft options and goodies.

The rules basically state that a man who has a mental illness cannot properly be dealt with by law, but must be sympathised with and ‘treated’. (This is an over-simplification, but broadly true).

We have this murderer shaking and apparently garbling, as one who has a mental illness. But what are we talking about? Most of you already know that I dismiss the notion of ‘mental illness’ as a mere fantasy perpetrated by humanistic thinkers from Freud onward. Indeed, there were moves (by Quakers, not Christians) to free the ‘mentally ill’ from the results of their bad actions even before the befuddled Freud came on the scene.

I was once in charge of a whole unit full of men who had killed, or attempted to kill, others. They were some of the most dangerous men on this planet - they’d stop at nothing and had no fear of the law, because they were absolved by their mental state. In that awful place we rarely had peace. Every day was filled with violence as these men literally enjoyed inflicting harm on others, including us, the staff. Some hid behind delusions and hallucinations. But the result was the same – violence on a scale you would not believe and far worse than could be found in those terrible football thug scenes running with blood shown on TV news.

I noted at that time that these cold-hearted killers had one thing in common…they had no conscience. They simply did what they enjoyed – killing and maiming. The mental illness was just a convenient wall to hide behind.

The killer of those two girls is guilty, whether or not he has a ‘mental illness’. He should be tried and convicted, not wrapped in cotton wool. It is very strange that he lived normally as a school caretaker and could function normally. Yet, because he killed, he now has a ‘mental illness’! Come off it!

His girlfriend, it has been discovered, has strange sexual beliefs and practices. So does the killer. He was a paedophile. This is not a mental illness – it is a deliberate choice to harm and sexually attack children. Just like homosexuality, this crime is deliberate, a personal choice. The killer is not mentally ill at all…mental illness is a pseudonym for getting away with it. Mental illness is the name given to continuously unchecked and unchallenged behaviour, whether it is mild depression or frank and dangerous ‘schizophrenia’. Instead of stopping such behaviour in its tracks early on, it is given sympathy and tolerance, and so it becomes a very bad habit, leading to humanistic diagnoses and treatments.

Don’t be misled by this case and believe that Ian Huntley should be given care and sympathy. He chose a path of deviance, evil and murder. He is not mentally ill. He is a cold-blooded killer whose mind ran away with him because of sin.

The argument against the death penalty is that we might put to death the wrong person. Well, if we re-instituted the scriptural procedure for applying the death penalty this would not be a problem. If there are not two or more eye-witnesses then it cannot be applied (though it does not preclude incarceration). Today, we have an equivalent in DNA testing, which I see as a valid ‘witness’. Bear in mind that the country that does not put to death its deliberate killers is guilty of the blood of the innocent, according to God’s word.

BTM Publications

In order to combat the ridiculous claim by Roman Catholics that we are misrepresenting their beliefs, I am starting on a series called ‘Rocks and Other Tough Things’. In this series I will portray one major facet of RCC beliefs in each article. The first (from which we get the odd title) is about the claim that Peter was the ‘Rock’ on which the Church is built. Many more articles will be prepared and will become available soon – probably to be announced in the next newsletter. Each article will contain Biblical proof that the RCC is a cult, together with quotes from the RCC’s own literature, so we cannot possibly be said to be ‘wrong’.

A Disgusting Life

While homosexuals openly clap with glee that brave Lady Young has died, because she opposed legal status being given to them, the awful case of the comic Michael Barrymore rolls on.

This man has openly displayed his disgusting lifestyle for all to see, and his career on TV has deservedly been shot down in flames following the even more disgusting things that killed one of his party guests. Without reservation, we can say that Barrymore’s life was vile in its sinfulness. His life typifies for me the terrible depths that people can sink to when they choose perversion over normal behaviour. That is why we must never accept the current claims of homosexuality to be either good or equal to heterosexuality.

Homosexuality is the sodomy of scripture and is worthy only of death, if it does not bring it upon itself in the form of AIDS or perverted sex parties. The sickening activities indulged in by Barrymore are what homosexuality is really about…vile sin.
