Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0: 3rd July 2006

Each eBook purchased will entitle the buyer to own and use a single PDF version (back-up copies may be made) of the eBook for private study, commercial research (e.g. journalism) and for leading of study groups. If the eBook is to be used as a group, educational, teaching or training study text, then each member of the group will need to have their own purchased copy (discounts for multiple eBook purchases are available on request). Citations may be made from the eBook up to 10% of the total text as long as they are reproduced without modification and fully referenced including a link to this web site.

Each eBook is enabled to be viewed and printed by the buyer for use as described above, but it is not enabled for editing, text selection or copying. The eBook may not be copied or reproduced in anyway, with the exception of authorised use the buyer and citations as described above.

All Petra eBook purchases are non-Refundable and delivered through the Internet as an eMail attachment to the buyer.

Copyright remains with each author, unless it has been gifted to Petra eBooks.

Petra eBooks will process the customer's eMail addresses and any other personal or transactional data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.  Petra eBooks will not pass the customer's eMail addresses or other personal data to third parties.

Petra eBooks is the trading name for K B Napier's eBook publishing activities. All payments are made using Paypal. Petra eBooks is not VAT registered. The country of origin for all eBooks is the UK. All prices are in pounds sterling.
